Sustainable development and sustainability are increasingly being recognised as an essential component of any operation in multiple sectors. With this in mind the concept remains contested and ambiguous which can create barriers for effective implementation

I have advised and worked with multiple organisations to assist in integrating sustainability from an overarching strategic vision through to implementation and operationalisation. My unique interdisciplinary background combined with academic, policy and practical experience provide a unique perspective on how sustainability can be achieved.

I served as an adviser for the United Nations as a member of the United Nations Environment Programme advising on a number of resolutions and policy debates. For example contributing to the high level annual ministerial review.
